Alex and Tom bring on Brennan to break down the 6, 12, 18, 24 challenge and debate how they would do it.  They also have Ben on when they make up their own version of the challenge.  They talk about their quarantine and how they are dealing with the coronavirus, some in more healthy ways than others.  The guys give a sports update and a bright side of their quarantine experience, even though they may not be so bright, Alex are you alright?
