I enjoy listening to you ladies at night before I falls asleep but your commercials are so loud. I listen with my headphones and when the commercials come on they’re so loud that it makes me jump. Is there any way to keep the volume on everything consistent and balanced?

This pod is great because they always bring a great perspective to the shows they are covering. They always make me think or rethink my opinion I had going into the pod that day.

I hung in for too long hoping I was misunderstanding the glazing of Ethan Plath and absolute lack of grace for the people he’s abusive towards but it’s continuing weekly. This was a funny podcast at one point but the few laughs aren’t enough to deal with what seems to be internalized misogyny. Peace out

Between the intro and the ads, there’s about 20 mins of actual sister wives content.

I used to love this pod, but it’s become one that I really only turn on if I don’t have anything else to listen to. I will never subscribe to your patreon, so you guys saving all your good content for that is about to make me unsubscribe from both Apple and YouTube. You give so little content on the shows that you do recap for free, that I feel like it’s just not even worth it to turn on. Your recaps are so surface level, with no real deep dive discussions or subject matter, other than just telling us what happened. Yeah we could just watch the show if we want a surface level recap, we want to hear more of your ideas and thoughts about the show and back and forth commentary. Also, yeah, your blatant internalized misogyny is really starting to grate on my nerves. All of these things make this a 2 star pod at best.

I tried listening to them for Welcome to Plathville, but I can’t listen to them constantly defending abusive people and bashing women, specifically Olivia. If you two watched the show from the beginning, you would realize you’re defending the wrong people.

These ladies are so funny! They never fail to make me laugh. I feel like I’m a trash person because I love hate-watching Sister Wives, but these two make me feel less like a weirdo. And their discussion of Seeking Sister Wife is just SPOT ON! 😂

The raccoons are hard to listen to.

I’ve listened from the beginning and was annoyed when they stole the Trash Bag schtick but now, as other listeners have expressed, they have ruined the normal feed begging for subscriptions, which stopped me from seriously considering subscribing to the Patreon. The normal feed has so little actual content now it isn’t worth listening and I have completely removed them from my feed. And yes they’ve become misogyny adjacent now as well. Very disappointing!

Despite their warnings at the beginning of the podcast, I find this podcast one of the most balanced recaps around. They try to understand everyone’s points of view and call out what they see. They attempt to be unbiased and offer interesting insights. I don’t agree with everything they say, but I never feel that they are hateful.

I have been in the dumpster since season 19 of SW and love you guys… but please don’t use derogatory phrases “like most Christian’s who pick and choose what they believe” from recent plathville recap. You will alienate your audience Thanks!

I listen to podcasts all day long about all kinds of topics. This one is my first go to. I look forward to it. I send them to my husband sometimes too. He finds them just as funny, since I make him watch all these shows. I appreciate the way they keep out politics and just make me laugh.

I always enjoy listening to B & D and their opinions on some of these polarizing shows. Although you may not agree with every single take they have I do feel they try to see it from every side and give as fair a recap as possible. Also — they give you a fair warning in the beginning that these are just their opinions, so don’t take things too seriously. I appreciate the fact that I have some differing opinions from them because listening gives me a different perspective. Highly recommend this podcast these girls are a hoot!

I appreciate the take Delia and Bea have. While I don’t agree on everything, I do see where they are coming from. I grew up with a heavy male influence and I have a different scope on many things because of that. I think Barry is being super petty and childish but I don’t know the “why” behind it. All we can do is assume and speculate. Kim made her bed and she needs to lie in it but that’s enough punishment, Barry. Grow up. I also think Ethan needs A Reckoning for what he did to Zac (and probably others on the fringe). It wasn’t that long ago that Ethan was singing in the choir acting all giddy too.

Now that everything interesting is “uncensored” at Patreon there is no point in listening. I’m never subscribing over at Patreon so listening to their regular podcast is pointless. Likely will just unsubscribe rather than hearing every few minutes about how they are moving that to uncensored. They are funny but it’s annoying enough that it makes me not want to listen.

Your inability to see a repeated pattern of mental, emotional and financial abuse against women by a family astounds me.

Did you learn nothing from previous seasons about how the Plaths treated Olivia? It is exactly what is happening with Veronica. You complain that these girls on the show don’t have a sense of self and for the woman who actually has a sense of pride and sense of self, whether you like her or not, the way you talked about Veronica is 100% hypocritical. Moriah is disturbed- and wrong- and it all goes back to the Plaths. Run Veronica Run! Run Isaac’s girlfriend!!!!

I loved their sister wives podcasts so decided to listen to their Plathville recaps. Apparently they don’t believe women and stand up for abusers. Pretty gross and disappointing.

I love this podcast! I had to go back to the beginning and listen to all the episodes of Sister Wives Recaps! Currently in a dumpster binge!!! I think it would be REALLY interesting to see what correlations you find between Sister Wives and Big Love when you go back to the beginning of Sister Wives to rewatch.

Don’t let the wild presentation fool you. These ladies follow their shows carefully and with great insight and perspective. I love their sense of humor and how they do not hold back which is very much appreciated. I’ve mainly listened to them (and/or watched them on YouTube) for Sister Wives content but started listening to their other episodes and I just love it.

I’m not sure which of these two people cannot pronounce short vowels correctly in their native American tongue but the fact that one of these people consistently botches easy words and pronunciations, kills me. Did they get a 70% off Groupon for elocution lessons taught by Mattie Marr? It’s so distracting. I give up after many, many listened to episodes.

They are just annoying, and the most recent episode was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Every time it sounded like we were going to get some good discussions, one or the other would screech that they were going to save it for their Uncensored Patreon account. I just don’t care, and will never subscribe, so it’s pointless. In fact, I’m dropping this show from downloads, I just can’t stand them.
