Well... that was a wild ride. I'm still not sure what to think of this season of The Bachelor! Peter said it best when he said he made a million mistakes. I wouldn't disagree. BUT - it did make for some fun coachable moments and these final episodes were not lacking in drama. This week I brought on the PERFECT guest to help break all of this down. Claire Byrne is a Heartbreak Coach who specializes in helping women and men heal their hearts after a relationship ends. Obviously, we had a lot to talk about in this episode. I'll be completely honest - the Women Tell All episode is always my LEAST favorite of the season. I totally get why it exists, but I find it so cringe-worthy. This time around was no different. But on the upside, this week I was joined by the fabulous Carrie Marshall. Carrie coaches men! Why? Because she's awesome. And she's also a damn good coach. This week I'm so excited to be joined by my (now former) boss, Katrina Ubell! Listen in while we dish about Peter's shenanigans on his hometown dates. Some of those visits went great... some of them... not so great (ahem, Victoria F 😏). At the end of the day, Peter is still following his heart and we're not terribly confident in where it's taking him. https://lynngrogan.com/

This week's guest, Felicia Broccolo, auditioned to get on this season of The Bachelor and sadly, was not selected. To make up for it, she joined me to discuss how Peter's deep insecurities and aversion to having fun. Perhaps the producers will take notice of her now? Time will tell! Listen in while we dive deeper into all things Bachelor. Hometowns are just around the corner and Peter had some big decisions to make this episode. 😬 Want to find out more about this week's guest? This week I'm flying solo on the podcast! One of the commitments I made to myself before starting this journey was that at some point, I would host an episode on my own. This week presented me with the perfect opportunity when The Bachelor sprung not one, but two amazing episodes on us. Listen in while I dive deeper into why it's important to be willing to risk your relationships in order to take them to the next level.https://lynngrogan.com/

For a relationship to work, you need to have a want match. A want match is when everything that you want in a relationship is perfectly matched to all the things you are getting in a relationship. What we see in this episode of The Bachelor is that Peter has no idea he wants. At times we catch a glimpse of him trying to figure out if he has a want match with some of these women, but more often than not, he's bogged down in drama. For this podcast episode, I'm joined by Certified Life Coach, Lauren Ciesco. Lauren helps women break through their limiting beliefs and habits and live their dream lives.https://lynngrogan.com/

One of the hardest things we can do in life is to be bravely vulnerable with another human being. Add dozens of cameras and millions of viewers to the mix, and you've made the job that much more challenging. As we see in this episode of The Bachelor (Season 24, Episode 3), some people rise to the occasion and some people... don't. This episode also calls into question what it means to be your true self and who gets to decide if you are actually being that person. For this podcast episode, I'm joined by Life Coach, Rhonda Farr. Rhonda helps her clients create more emotional and physical intimacy in their relationships.https://lynngrogan.com/

Raise your hand if you've ever practiced dirty dating. 🙋♀️ By this, I mean that you were still hung up on your ex when you were trying to date other people. You weren't managing your mind and you were thinking that a new mate was the only solution to moving on and feeling better. As we find out in this episode of The Bachelor, that never works. This week we also talk about victim mentality. If a rose were given out for who could be the biggest victim, for sure Kelsey would have gotten it this time. On this episode, I'm joined by my friend, Certified Life Coach, Lauren Cash. She helps me coach all the contestants in the best possible way.https://lynngrogan.com/
