The podcast deals with the world of mental health. All the highs and lows of life and the many unpredictable things that come about in a persons reality. Life will take and unexpected toll and all we can do is be patient and help to build one up. This podcast will invite people on to converse and share their stories by making a difference in their unique ways. I am here to listen, give you a voice, and make sure that you always have a seat at my table.
