The most transformational moments in my life were through conversations that most people would have a hard time having including myself. These conversations were honest, raw, real and HARD AF to have. After losing a lot within a short period of time I was left with conversations that were necessary to have in order to break free from this persona that I had obtained over the years. I questioned everything that I thought contributed to it nothing was off limits including my childhood, religious beliefs, sexuality, relationships, everything! I had to be real with myself! Realistically Raw!
