Real Talks on the Rocks
Michael Acosta
My name is Michael Acosta and I created this video podcast to inspire people to take control over their life through fitness, finances and mental health. I do this by sitting down face to face with those who believe in helping others become their best selves. My episodes are in long-form format because I believe that to build trust with someone you don’t know, you need to talk to them face to face. Through my career in law enforcement, I have seen too many examples of people who genuinely believe that they don’t have a say in their own life or that someone else is responsible for their destiny. I know that I will not solve everyone’s problems, but my goal is to provide you with the tools that you can use to take control of your own life. I hope that you as the listener can take something away from each of my guests. New episode releases every other Monday at 8am PST!
