I want to create a space where we can discuss all things mental health and self-care. No matter who you are, where you're from, your age, race, gender... we all need to provide ourselves with the best care possible. Sometimes life makes that really hard to navigate. In this podcast, you'll find my own personal experiences; wins and losses, trials and tribulations, laughter and tears. My aim is for you to leave each episode feeling worthy, understood, loved, and maybe just a little bit less alone.
