Being a victim for over 20 years going through adversity and emotional manipulation. Through pure grit, determination and being able to draw on her personal strengths and resilience. Mary transformed herself by researching and studying "The Dynamics of Coercive Control" for the last 10 years to become a qualified Coach and Mentor, in return helping others through this agonising experience. She lives by her new purpose "Regain myself and my dignity and transcend that on to others".
