Welcome to Real Estate Rumble! I'm Sandra Ovlinger with Pinnacle Title and Escrow Agency, and this is a podcast about the local Phoenix market - for realtors and industry professionals alike.
Each episode we will dive into conversations with top realtors, analysts, appraisers, you name it. I'm originally from Sweden with a background in the hotel industry and sales marketing, and transplanted to Scottsdale in 2002. Before I joined Pinnacle Title, I had several roles in the real estate space - I was an active licensed realtor in the Valley, I've worked for a property technology company, and I've been a part of a wholesale investment group. So I've seen many sides of real estate, and I favor the realtor hat, as I know first hand what a good agent brings to the table - and the difference they make for a client.
