Just listened to your episode on the Trump fraud case. You state the he listed Trump Tower at 3x the size, when what the judge said was that his penthouse is 3x or 30,000 sq ft. This show has exposed its liberal bias. I am not a “Trump guy”, but I do believe they justice system should be applied equally to everyone. The rhetoric in this episode is more media “piling on” and not accurate or objective. Unsubscribed

This podcast gets to the current points; Some local and some national. Kathy has the perfect voice and tone for broadcasting . I admire her unbiased opinions and would value them even if they were. If you are are into real estate, this show needs to be on auto play every week.

Good content overall but I have found the blog is not updated. The blog provides episode details, facts & resources for a given episode and after listening and I check the blog to get the link, etc. - the entire episode just isn’t listed yet. I’m assuming I listen within 1-12hours of episode release most of the time. Also sometimes I just have to skip episodes entirely as it won’t download or stream.

He take on the Covid-19 crisis are so resoundingly wooden-headed (I’m talking about here in late July, not in January) that it makes me question to what extent she’s cognitively capable of digesting any news at all and presenting it accurately. So I unsubscribed this week. To wit, she is STILL claiming Covid-19 is just the flu and says she can’t understand why any businesses are being closed because of it. It’s appalling. Even Trump has changed his tune… yet Kathy F is still spewing this bizarro-world take on the coronavirus.

I really enjoy listening to the weekly updates on my morning walk though the neighborhood. These short podcasts allow me to get a high level overview on what’s happening in the market and what to plan for. Been listening for over a year and always look forward to the next podcast!

I’ve listened to it for a few years now, and it has gone from pretty ok to pretty bad. Kathy often veers into right wing propaganda and cherry picks facts to fit that worldview...but you can tell she says it all with a smile! Often it’s subtle, but more frequently it has become jaw-droppingly bad. It is getting to the point that the bits of useful information this podcast provides are not worth the trouble.

I love how concise these podcasts are, as well as how timely the information is. I have been a long-time listener and am especially grateful for these updates with everything that is going on right now. Thank you Kathy for staying on top of the news!

I love the show. Kathy does a great job of keeping up with the news, digesting it, and finding the “so what” for real estate investors.

This podcast is good that she picks up on facts that may affect you as an investor. However, she finally got political, which saddened me. One thing this podcast is not is international (Forget Costa Rica). Like I said, good info but a bit behind the times regarding evaluation and implementation.

This lady is just spewing crap that will make people want to buy more, not buying smarter. I just listened to this lady spew out some garbage created by VRBO, the leading short-term rental, that their “report” indicates that short-term rentals aren’t contributing to the housing problem.... that’s like the rat poison company telling rats their products aren’t poisonous....

I’m a big podcaster, and work in commercial real estate. Great podcast, i can consume a whole week (or 2) in one hour. The content is solid and topics are timely.
