This week Billy Keels enters our lab from overseas. As a well-traveled investor also known as the ‘happy corporate employee’, Billy has effectively done his investing in the U.S. while being overseas in Barcelona, Spain.
Billy is on a mission to share with other corporate employees that the buck doesn’t have to stop at your job. As a matter of fact, he preaches what he practices, while having had a very successful career in sales leadership, Billy has also been investing in the U.S. long-distance simply because the returns were greater than his local marketplace. Billy did not let his corporate job or distance get in the way of his dreams of creating passive income. He’s now sharing the journey, path and providing an opportunity for others to invest with him.
Billy is certainly not afraid to do things differently as he has found numerous ways to create wealth that include but are not limited to traditional real estate investing. While his company focuses on aggregating capital for the purpose of investing it in real assets such as smaller multifamily units, apartment complexes, mobile home park communities, he also brings new vehicles to the table such as ATM machines and equipment used in the energy sector in various locations across the USA.
If this wasn’t enough Billy keels shares his wisdom and super connects himself with leaders as the host of the Going Long podcast. He loves speaking with clients about how to improve their current business situation, engaging with his investors on creating winning strategies, and spending time with friends/colleagues on how to maximize control of their financial lives. If you want to find out how there should be no excuse for you to become a passive or active investor regardless of your employment status or location globally — then step into the lab and tune in to enjoy this one.
