GUEST BIOWe are joined in the lab by Chris Craddock, a real estate agent-turned-investor and a certified Life Coach hosting the podcast, The Uncommon Real Estate. He is also the CEO of the Redux Group which has recently sold just under $120 million in volume in the past year. His success has largely been attributed to more than a decade of investing in real estate and the tireless pursuit of the best deals for his clients.Chris started making 12 times what he was making in a year flipping houses in Washington DC before he got his realtor license. He later on discovered the investor niche when he realized that he could be paid multiple times as an owner of the property rather than as an agent that gets paid one time on a deal. This led Chris to close the gap on what should have been an obvious transition towards financial freedom --- from flipper to agent to investor. While in the lab with Chris, we discover how you should always buy into your own product. Whether you’re a real estate agent looking for the next level or someone starting out in real estate looking for your own niche, you will definitely pick up on a lot of the industry advice Chris imparts in the lab.HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EPISODE01:58 - Guest introduction05:48 - Getting a deal that turns into 5 deals08:16 - Making money from solving people’s problems15:06 - Turning trash leads into cashKEEPING IT REAL22:10 - Vertical Integration25:21 - Legal shield33:49 - How systems are built38:49 - Wholesaling dealsRAPID FIRE QUESTIONS40:40 - Favorite Book : Traction | Bible40:53 - Best Habit : Waking up early and whining before afternoon41:05 - Best Tools : My network41:22 - Single vs MultiFamily : BothBOOKS MENTIONED IN THIS SHOWTraction Book by Gabriel Weinberg and Justin MaresNOTABLE QUOTES (KEY LESSONS):“The people that make money are the ones that solve other people’s problems.” CONNECTING WITH THE GUESTWebsite | Facebook | Instagram#ExperimentCoaching
