From my 7 y/o son: I like that you make podcasts about history. I didn’t like history before but now I think it’s cool! I hope you make more fun podcasts that I can listen to. We tried. Listened to the last episode about tzar. I wonder what age is this podcast for? This episode was more like the story voicing popular opinion with very little facts and dates. I would say it would be a good story for kindergarten definitely not for 11-12 year old. First the description of the country or nation - “huge”. How big, how many people lived at the time? “Huge” - is that all? Amongst other interesting choices of words one that didn’t sit well with us were these: “Alexander also forbade everyone in the Russian Empire to speak any languages except ones that were based in the Russian language.” I wonder what languages are based IN russian language? Yes, languages of other countries, national minorities that russian empire occupied or invaded and made part of it were indeed suppressed. But! But, none of those languages were BASED IN russian language. Just inaccurate. Sorry. We tried. But that was it for us. We did like the voice though.

My boys and I love hearing your podcasts. We three look forward to the new ones and love re-listening to some of our favorites, which include but are not limited to the ones about Amelia Earhart and Annie Oakley. We love how you tie Jesus into all that you are doing! He is the center of everything!
