The media's reluctance to use the other F-word
Night after night, on any news program you choose. I hear all sorts of terms relating to Trump as a Republican, an Autocrat, an Authoritarian a Despot, an Oligarch but rarely a Fascist. The questions I have ... Why is Trumpism and Republicanism not Fascism, or is it? And at what point are they fascism? And has the word "dangerous" replaced the word fascism for public broadcast consumption? In the end the media may have resisted using the word fascism, and using the word "dangerous" instead, because we haven't become a true fascist state yet. But that's the day I don't want see. It's so important that these fascist voter suppression tactics be stopped, that we might have free an fair elections that can be trusted. Now 2022 and 2024 are the most important elections of our lifetime.

When our Protests are not Peaceful
There are so many social issues to be addressed, and voices to be heard regarding climate change, voter suppression, police reform, immigration, homelessness, BLM, gun control, fascism and just the function of our government at the local level. Not all the vandalism can be attributed to any one group as the media might have you believe. What’s the real costs of some of these protests, and is the message we’re trying to convey getting across or lost in the noise of destruction? Groups of outside agitators are infiltrating and exploiting peaceful protests to pursue their own separate extremist agendas.

Picking my battles, and knowing when and where to fight ... Trump and Fascism
After four long years of Trump and fascism, we have been set back from so many priorities. I want to make sure that the battles we fight are with those on the far-right and not among ourselves. Each possible vote is needed that we might not return to the dark days of doom. There's not a lot of time and no margin for error. Yes, Trump is out of office, but these state legislators are working overtime, because of his continued leadership. We can either work together as a whole body with one goal, or talk about tactics and antics. Fascism is knocking at the door, how we respond might determine our fate.

Why I sometimes think our government is ... dysfunctional
Yes, there are many reasons why some are frustrated with the democratic process and party. But here I want to explore what, and where, the bottlenecks to Biden's agenda are and why. We successfully defeated the fascist, but only temporarily, so the fight goes on.

Does it start with ... I'll just sleep in may car a few days, later to find out that your car has been towed and impounded for parking violations, or some other offense?

The strange and somewhat surprising relationships of Climate Change
There are so many elements that relate to climate change, but here we are going to focus on some things not talked about much. I thought I would tackle the issues of climate change from a very unusual starting point of America going hungry and being food insecure, and its relationship to Covid 19.
