Nationally, record evictions are approaching. The housing market suffers a shortage of inventory, in general. Couple that with a lack of affordable housing and an increased amount of homelessness. The housing situation in America is at disaster level with several issues threatening to collide soon. Is there an ability to prepare? Michele, the five phases of disaster as it relates to the current state of policing in the Black community.  D.
