Such a fun podcast to listen to!! Love their banter and the casual, conversational feel they bring to the podcast world! Every episode I end up pulling out a piece of paper to jot down their book recommendations, so many fun reads!

I love listening to Phoebe and Ashley discuss and recommend books. My TBR pile has grown exponentially since I started listening! I also have loved the interviews they’ve done with authors. Can’t wait for season 2.

I love the discussions and dynamic between Phoebe and Ashley. The warnings of the spoilers before discussing it amazing. I take notes of books they discuss and laugh with them as well. I’ve never been much of a podcast listener but I am now because of these two.

I look forward to this podcast every week. I wish they released more than one episode a week! My favorite part of the series are the pitch episodes. I love the way they have set up each series with an overview, pitch sessions, and in depth discussions of a book (spoiler free and spoilers). Their passion and love of books is undeniable and they add such a fun light feel to their show. I am a huge fan and have shamelessly listened to all their episodes several times! Thank for you putting this podcast out for all us bookish peeps!

I mean, I seriously think I’m best friends with Ashley and Phoebe. Like I’m sitting here interjecting and throwing my two cents in and scream YES YES THAT EXACTLY, as if they are sitting here with me. Spoiler alert: they aren’t. But this feeling of being BFFs with them and sitting here like I’m the third member of their podcast shows how well they do this thing. Such a easy and fun listen. And also, BOOKS!

So far, I have enjoyed listening to the podcast and thought the episodes were interesting, clever and well thought out. The podcasters were intelligent and their conversations about books, reading and the bookish community felt authentic and insightful. However, I wanted to mention that in the book, Red, White and Royal Blue that the podcasters mentioned, one of the characters is gay and the other is bisexual. It is a minor mistake but bisexuality is so often erased in our society and media, which is frustrating. Otherwise, I enjoyed this podcast and can’t wait for more episodes.
