Reaching Out To Others
I have dealt with depression and anxiety for over 16 years now and I write a lot and I want to share my thoughts and even stories of how life has changed for me and the people that have been there for me. I also have been told I am an inspiration to others and would love to reach out to others.
This is my first time trying a podcast so I'm very interested in trying and seeing where it can possibly go. I have other ideas for other Podcasts that I'd love to do down the line.
