It's been over a year since the last episode and 2 since I talked to Andy!  Shaking off the cobwebs and letting the RCS ask some more questions as we talk about the RCS and clash for the past year.  Come hang out with us.  Given that it's been awhile, we got through less than half so you'll see a Part 2 in a few months!

Sleepy, the energetic leader of Reddit Zero, joins me to talk about growing the Zero family with their two feeders Reddit Zed and Reddit Galaxy and what that's meant for them in terms of structure and leadership! He will talk about how Zero got to where they are today, the many helpful Cos and Elders he has in his clan and how to grow the team for success.  Also what his plans are going forward and how it is that they can manage all 3 clans and prep for a great future for the family! Patsfan299, John, and Kyle of Reddit Argon joined me to cover a lot of topics I've been trying to get Argon to interview on for a long time!   We discuss how Argon has evolved over time, from being a quiet clan to one of the social hubs of the RCS, including the transition to John, through their adventures teaming up with Crusades and Night as sister clans, their acquisition of Reddit Heroes and now onto a clan that's working to keep its flavor while also tackling some tournaments!   In there, we end up covering a lot of ground, mostly about shaping the personality of the clan and their personal ups and downs.   We also talk a lot about the delegation and the importance of promoting good people, choosing what you, yourself are willing to take on, and sharing the load.   Join us we sit and Talk Clash with John, Kyle and Pats of Argon!

EvolveYourGame Family (EYG) recently warred the Reddit Clan System (RCS) in a 45v45 scrim.  I told them if they won, I'd feature them in the next episode.  Well, we may have had the % but they got us 124-122 so here we are!   EvolveYourGame is a group of 20+ clans that have gathered in the last few years and that operate in many ways as one giant clan with a variety of options.  Accepting all adult players, they offer clans from casual to serious from warfarming to CWL and freely move players between them.  Sharing common servers and working heavily together, they seek to grow ever larger and operate very closely together working toward being a many thousand player clan, well beyond the 50 allowed by Supercell.   In this episode we'll talk to All Hail, Robin, Garden Gnome, and Homemade, 4 of the leaders in the group, about their structure, their beliefs on clan operation, and what EvolveYourGame is like!  I, of course, was curious to learn and compare it to RCS and find out where we differ and agree!  We'll also talk about history, some of the ways in which their clans interact, and also what they themselves think of the way the game is currently headed.   Hopefully we stay in touch and rematch EYG and RCS again!  Stay tuned as always!

In the second of this two part series, we will talk clash with our four newest clans who have one thing in common: they are the trailblazing first Reddit Clans in the RCS to not have "Reddit" in the name as we seek to grow into the future!   Go Canada was the first of the clans to join the RCS after this change!  Started by Canadians, they a friendly bunch with a massive war record!  They won all wars their first year of clan wars and have over 400 wins to their name as the winningest clan in the RCS.  They tend to take on other Canadian named clans and beat them, even though they are now relatively international.  Co-Leaders SpartanEric17, Wiles, and Jayant Dude join to talk about Go Canada!   NOVA OZ FC has previous experience with the RCS, having been the sister clan to Reddit Ace for over a year.  Started as a co-op between friends in Northern Virginia and Australia, they too are now international, and a competitive bunch!  JDWestover, creator and leader tells us about their story and about what the change from Sister to Verified means and why they were happy to be able to take that step.    Both clans talk about how they found us, what joining has been like, and what it now means to be part of the RCS!

spAnser has long been a reddit celebrity known for being one of the best and first data miners of Clash of Clans and sharing info with the rest of us so we knew what stats were a'changing with each Supercell update.  And it's not the first game he's done it for...but it is the only one that banned him for it   He also runs the website for www.clashlive.com, is the owner of the /r/ClashofClans discord server, does the css web design for the /r/ClashofClans subreddit, authors https://coc.guide/, and has a discord bot to annouce wars!  Very possible I've missed a few.  Plus he joined me and several others on the latest Reddit v Forums livestream in Finland where Reddit defeated Forums where he infilterated Supercell headquarters not just digitally but this time in person!     So sit down and let's Talk Clash iwth the one and only spAnser, reddit's own code guru.

Recruiting is one of those things that is absolutely vital to every clan!  If your clan is going to stay healthy and active, someone needs to be on it.  And just like dating, finding the right people (or the right clan if you're searching) can be exciting...and scary!   JohnnyGator of Reddit Ace and JerseyDiablo of Reddit Upsilon join me to talk clash about recruiting!  JohnnyGator is author of some of the most hilarious recruiting posts on r/ClashofClans and leader of Reddit Ace who, although they are a CWL clan, still needs to stay on top of it to bring in new blood.  JerseyDiablo is a long time leader and, like me, long time fellow user of /r/ClashofClansRecruit and the /r/ClashofClans recruiting opportunities.     Today we'll talk about why you need to recruit, how it's changed over the years, and things to think about while doing it!  Plus learn a little bit about Reddit Ace!  Trivia: did you know they were the original Reddit Eta in 2013?  Except Supercell in game search censored the name, and thus they are Reddit Ace!   Opening songs: Credit to the Theme Music of the Dating Game and The Newlywed Game JohnnyGator interview starts at minute 14, JerseyDiablo interview at minute 39!

The Turkey Day Trophy Push and trophy pushes in general are on the LONGEST traditions of the Reddit Clan System and once again a large number of our RCS Clans are pushing this thanksgiving in our 4th annual Turkey Day Push!   Zulu and Echo went neck and neck into the home stretch this spring...both are gearing up for a good run this time even though we are all looking at the amazing start of Reddit Vortex!   In this supersized episode, the 3 of us will talk pushing - strategies, history, and our own personal thoughts and memories.    In addition, we'll divert a bit (okay a lot) to talk about Reddit Echo getting ready for their bid in the MLCW League Tournament and talk about why it is that Reddit Zulu is such an active clan as well as clan life in both.   Perfect to listen to this Thanksgiving weekend for those on holiday...or while in the clouds for all you pushers out there!
