Joe, the founder of Idaho Prep Co had a hidden talent or making jerky. In the beginning it was about making it for his friends and family, but soon he realized this was his thing. He had enough working with Tesla, moved his family to Idaho site unseen. He knew Idaho had more to give for his family and he is living it.
