A lot of people are feeling overwhelmed right now. Some of you might be feeling confused, sad, lonely, angry, depressed, uncertain, fatigued...We are undergoing so much both collectively and personally. I don't know a single person that isn't going through something challenging, at the moment. So if you are one of them, know that you are not alone.

In this episode, I talk about how we naturally want to close up and harden when things get tough. We want to build cement walls around our hearts and protect the tenderness of our humanity. But we are most powerful when our heart is open, soft and ready to receive. I talk about how to do this, along with the reminder that everything is ok, you're not alone, and we will get through this together.
