Last week, our industry went to Orlando for InfoComm 2013. The Women in AV, spearheaded by FSR’s President Jan Sandri thought it was important we support a local women’s and children’s charity that supports homeless women and children in the local Orlando area. We’ve already raised $1,100 for this worthy cause, but we can do better. Knowing we all pay almost twice as much just to attend the show.
Please consider giving to the Orlando Salvation Army Women’s and Children’s Shelter to help them make a much needed renovation to their facility and knowing the summer is slow with receiving the help they need.
Visit them at: www.salvationarmyorlando.org and donate online. Per sure to put a note Orlando Women’s and Children Shelter in the memo. This is a tax-free donation, so you have nothing to lose. And, please let us know in the comments when and how much you have donated, so we can be sure to THANK YOU!
