In one of the RomComs that made Huge Grant a RomCom king, he and his friends attend a plethora of events and bumble their way through romantic encounters. There are confusing plot points, Andie MacDowell basically just reads lines rather than acts, Mr. Bean is not Mr. Bean, and we have many thoughts.

It’s a big fat lie that this is a RomCom — this flick is definitely more action-comedy — but regardless Sam Rockwell stars as a hitman and Anna Kendrick stars as a woman/t-rex who falls in love with him in a matter of hours. There were way too many goons, a love timeline that not even The Bachelor would believe, some very anxiety-inducing scenes with knife throwing, and we have many thoughts.

A man wants to sue a dating app company after it fails to live up to its guarantee that he’ll fall in love, but he winds up finding true love with his lawyer instead. There is too much Tiffany music, absolutely no stakes or obstacles in the way of the lead couple’s romance, basically nothing happens in 90 minutes, and we have many thoughts.

In one of the most classic RomComs ever, Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal star as two neurotic people who try to just be friends but can’t help but fall for each other. There is a lot of banter, confusing timelines, picky eaters, poorly-named men, and we have many thoughts.

In the third installment of the Christmas Prince franchise, Richard and Amber are expecting baby No. 1, but they can’t enjoy their nesting period because a v. important treaty goes missing and if they don’t find it, their baby will be cursed. Mmmk. There are visitors from another country, a black-tie baby shower, Amber has the magical ability to pause labor but absolutely no sense of what it means to be queen, and we have many thoughts.

A real-life husband and wife star in this Netflix Christmas RomCom about a guy who pretends to be a ranch hand in order to get close to the family and convince them to sell their land. There are clever characters, wacky timelines, slo-mo montages, *very tall buildings,* and we have many thoughts.

In our first LGBTQ and Hulu original movie, we follow Abby as she joins her girlfriend Harper on a trip home for the holidays. Only problem is that Harper isn’t out to her family … it is also basically a terrible person. There are lots of references to orphans, family dynamics that should certainly be examined by a licensed therapist, Daniel Levy in a pitch-perfect performance, and we have many thoughts.

We kick off the holiday season with this Netflix RomCom staring the queen, Julia Roberts’ niece, Emma Roberts and a hunky Australian fella who agree to be each other’s platonic dates for every holiday. There’s talk of Ryan Gosling, very little resolution to issues not involving the main characters, a distinct lack of personal hygiene, and we have many thoughts.

In this 2009 RomCom, Ryan Reynolds is forced to get engaged to his boss, a Canadian Sandra Bullock, so that she can stay in the country. Betty White is here, too. Hilarity ensues. There are hawks and hounds (but no horses), an eventful trip to Alaska, chanting in the woods, and we have many thoughts.
