The Rap Takes Podcast is back! After a few weeks of break the crew is here to discuss Schoolboy Q's seminal 2012 album, Habits & Contradictions. This project helped cement Q as one of the true gangster rappers in hip-hop right now and gave further name recognition to Top Dawg Entertainment after Kendrick Lamar's Section.80 project the year before.
With a new CD coming Friday from Schoolboy, we wanted to revisit Habits for some insight as to what this new project will sound like.
