I really enjoy listening to this show. I first discovered Matt, Mr Mortgage Guy, via the EYL brothers on Instagram. I love Matt’s straightforward, no frills NY delivery. The pairing of him along with Quiana is a great combo. They’re knowledgeable and seem willing to keep it 100% real while educating the people on the real estate market based on their combined years of experience. I’m learning a lot, especially as a return first time homebuyer. My only quip is the audio! It is horrible. It sounds like Quiana is in a tunnel. They sound far away or airy. It’s not crisp and clear at all. The sound quality needs to improve for the show to be truly top tier. It’s still worth a listen though! Keep it coming guys.

Thank you for always being truthful about the market even when the data is not pretty. I also love that you show the data to back up what you’re saying so the audience knows there is validity behind your words. It’s important to see successful African Americans in a space that has not always been in our favor. Most importantly, seeing two people that are active in the market giving great advice is invaluable. There are many platforms that give outdated information because they aren’t active and are unaware of what is actually happening in todays market. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

As my husband and I venture off into real estate I made it a goal to listen to every episode from the beginning. I literally call my husband daily telling him something amazing I’ve learned. After listening to these episodes there is no reason to be out here making rookie mistakes. They are truly doing it for the culture and giving a Ivy League education in real estate!

Content is amazing! I can’t listen to it on podcasts because of the echo. I hate that because I love having a good podcast on in the background while moving around in the day. But It sounds a bit better on YouTube <3.

The housing market will crash, just as bad as the last one. You forgot to mention, the Stock market is also crashing, raising rates will keep making it crash. You said, why would people sell right now? Well you are not considering in some cities LIKE ATLANTA, investors purchased 1 in 4 homes! Areas that had heavy investor activity will see it the worst. The investors don’t care about purchasing a home with these inflation rates, they want to sell while homes are up, move their money to stocks that are down ride it back up! Or they will wait until the crash to purchase low. Either way, why would you buy while at the HIGHEST COST EVER, when you could wait for the “correction/crash” depending on your city.

I absolutely love this podcast. If not only gives you knowledge and background on real estate, but it even teaches life lessons. As a newer agent, this podcast is my go to for updates and all things real estate. I love the absolutely honesty of the podcast and appreciate them allowing guests with different talents and perspectives. Quiana & MG are extremely motivational and powerful individuals and beyond measurable as a team. Their podcast has helped shape my business and gave me different outlooks. Love love love this podcast.
