The brogrammer culture has taken up a majority of STEM fields, and it's not difficult to see it reflected in today's workplaces. But with organizations and programs targeting young girls in STEM, we've seen larger cohorts of female students pursuing STEM degrees. Although the numbers are no where near they should be, the international community is banding together to teach more kids STEM skills. And yet, we see a seemingly insurmountable gap in one of STEM's most dynamic fields: Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is the future, but where are the women?
