Al Kocourek runs Feed the Hungry San Miguel (de Allende, MX).  He has taken this organization from a struggling, bloated and ineffective group to a successful non-profit that has served over 11 million meals to people in need over the years.  He discusses how they have done this with little to no assistance from the Mexican government.  An example of what can happen when government gets out of the way of good people with big hearts so they can use their skills to do some great work for their communities.  Eye opening and very interesting.  Enjoy!
