I recently sent a text to my friends, it was a picture of me with a gorgeous San Diego sunset in the background. The text accompanying the picture stated, "California's politics suck, but the (January) sunsets do not". This is very apparent in how the state handles excessive water accumulation like we've had in the recent snow and rain storms. This is what the Rainman thinks when he hears about a current weather event being described as the worst since a similar event which occurred xyz years ago.
