Today's interview is with Mary Kae Rendock, former Connecticut State Teacher of the Year who has been teaching public elementary school for the past 34 years.  Our conversation ranged from what it takes to be a great teacher, the current challenges kids face growing up in the social media world and how can the public school system be changed for the better.
