I like was not sleeping good at all with other podcasts so I tried this and it helped me sleep so much better… I totes recommend

This is a perfectly excellent podcast: Ads at the very beginning and a description of the sound experience you’re getting from each episode. I can’t believe that people are complaining about the sounds or the ads. It’s free and it’s going on for hours and hours, folks! Fantastically simple and relaxing.

I have used this podcast for several years. It has gotten me through many sleepless nights and my go to for relaxation. 💕However, there’s a few changes that are needed. 1. Please, change the ads. This is supposed to be calming. Your audience is looking for that. Once relaxed, an ad LOUDLY blasts you out of your mind. Kinda defeats the purpose. There are other creative ways to include ads in your program without the harsh sounds with people yelling. 2. Review the sound bite. I agree with another comment. Sometimes the rain sounds aren’t rain, but other noisy sounds and are sometimes not so crisp in sound quality.

I love that the adds are in the beginning an not at the end so then in the middle in the night when you are just about to fall asleep an add doesn't intervene with your sleep 💤

Everything I would say is ok, but it’s kind of loud and crackly. But if it wasn’t a thunderstorm, just the rain, it would have a nice sprinkling rain sound. It’s ok tho

This is so good I would recommend to a lot of people. This helps me sleep in a lot and helps calm me down. Thank you so much.

Very good. I like it ,inch more than others because even while Im Writing the review I wanna go to sleep, you can’t tell loops easily unless your looking for them, and the ads are the beginning 😎😎😎🤩. Out of 💯I give it💯

This is by far my favorite sleep podcast, the sounds are soothing and always help me go to sleep easily, the loops aren't obvious like other podcasts I've heard and this podcast is genuinely just a great one.

I switched to this station because so far they put the adds in the beginning. 😊 much appreciated. Not like others where the adds are in the middle where they jerk people awake in the middle of the night. Recording works and you don’t catch the loop real obviously like others. Nice set up! Thank you!

Great podcast! One thing I don’t like is the ads- I do the sleep timer thing for one hour each night, but If the episode is less than an hour long the ad startles me. Other than that- great podcast! Keep it up!

I love have info this on at night but it is just the ads that wake me up and it scares me but is is good when I am awake and I need to relax but please put no ads please.

This podcast has to make money somehow people. There’s a sleep timer built into Apple Podcasts for a reason, or choose one of the 10 hour episodes. Ads are only at the beginning and end, there are not “so many”. This podcast is exactly what it says it is, and I use it religiously to help me sleep

I LOVE this site. So calming and I can almost guarantee I will fall asleep while listening at bedtime. However, I am considering finding another app or sound machine because the adds bolt me out of a sound sleep EVERY TIME !! It’s really not worth listening if that is the pay off ! Please take out the adds.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for almost two years now. Their content is uploaded on a consistent schedule. I have lived with disordered sleep my entire life including infancy according to my parents. These recordings — and by extension the parties responsible for recording, editing, and publishing them — are a big reason I get to enjoy any sleep. Thank you.

There are adds in the beginning. And it’s very annoying bc I’m trying to fall asleep. Also you can tell that the sounds are layered on. Im very sorry, it’s just……bad Tadpole

I listen to these to help me sleep, and these are relaxing. This is completely negated by a strange person, in a room that is supposed to be empty, enthusiastically telling me I need what she has to sell. Maybe don’t put an add at the end.

The peaceful sounds are wonderful, but loud adds at the very end will wake you up. Don’t bother.

This podcast has realistic rainstorm sounds and is very helpful when I’m having trouble falling asleep. I like the choice of lengths of the recordings and the ability to darken or turn off the screen while listening. Once completed, the podcast turns off so little battery time is wasted. My favorite is the recording from August 27, 2021; a two hour thunderstorm. There are other types of sounds for those that prefer waves lapping on the shore, babbling brooks, light rain on a tent and much more. They sound techs do a great job with the quality of the sounds.
