Great podcast, but...
Fix you sound levels for christ's sake. Half the time I have to turn it up to hear one person, but then get blown out a minute later by someone else.

Good fun podcast
Funny podcast where the hosts get along well and provide diverse opinions. I feel like lately there have been some volume issues where the volume goes up and down randomly.

Great, but has Audio Balance Issues
I've loved listening to the show for the past couple years. They're funny, interesting, and enjoy talking about the weirdest stuff in video games that doesn't get emphasized as much in other podcasts. It would easily be a 5/5 if the audio balancing issues weren't so frustrating.
I like to listen while I'm dealing with the morning traffic, but lately it seems like I need to drive with one hand on the steering wheel and the other on the volume wheel. Anthony and Susan are generally the right volume (but sometimes too loud when they get excited), the others are usually much too quiet, and I need to double the volume in order to hear them. Also Susan's dogs get to be a bit annoying.
Still, great podcast. I just want to bring up the audio balance issue and hope they do something about it.

It's Good Mostly
I have enjoyed this podcast, even with the previous host and website. It will be great when Anthony fixes his audio problems. Not as frequent, but still present.

Always leaves me wanting more
A light hearted, and hilarious look at games, the games industry, and occasionally touching on pop/geek culture. It's definitely worth your time.

Love the show
I love this show been listening forever as it has evolved. My only gripe is please try to level out the mic volume. Some people are a good 40% louder or softer than others.

I listen to this podcast
Here you will hear a cast of diverse, confident, absurd and unpretentious voices. They talk about games and other stuff. While there are probaly people doing the talking, I haven't seen them, so who's to say?
I'm going to play some games now.
As they say
Great Podcast
I really love the new podcast. It's funning and informative. I have followed susan's work for years and she is as funny and genuine here as she has always been.
P.S.
I hate Lost though

An Absolute Joy!
The GamesRadar podcast is a really fun listen. They cover the latest in gaming news while still taking the time to have off beat, delightful asides (not always game related).
A very nice diversity in opinions from the hosts provides solid examination of topical issues and keeps things engaging.
Susan Arendt is one of my favorite internet personalities, with her fair but bold viewpoints. Her vocal expressiveness is entertaining to listen to, and well complimented by her equally expressive co-hosts.

These people are the best
Anthony, Staff and Susan are a groovy group of people. They are funny, and smart and do great accents. And sometimes they talk about video games. Two thumbs up!

Back, and better than ever!
I would listen to this podcast 50% of the time previously, but since it's return I eagerly await every episode. I love the cast dynamics and energy, and Susan Arendt is the best!

Topical
I could listen to these guys talk about anything and still enjoy the podcast. My favorite part is when they go totally off subject. If you want a scripted no-nonsense video game news program, this isn't for you. If you want all the nonsense AND well-thought out opinions on the current (and past) trends in video games, subcribe.

Always a good listen.
As a previous listener of the joystiq podcast, it's automatically a great start. Always funny, smart and interesting.

Insulting
I don’t usually write reviews but I do listen to quite a few gaming podcasts and although the sound quality of this one is fine I find it rather insulting. When one of them talks about a game the others pretend to have heard nothing about it and ask simple questions about the game to start dialog. They are in the industry. The last one I listened to they were discussing The Division and once again two asked dumb questions like they have never heard of the thing. Not to mention that they said that getting a headshot was not a instant kill but produced a hit number on the enemy. Yes folks that work at a gaming website it is called an RPG. Better pod casts out there.

Questionable.
Ashley is the only redeeming quality to this podcast. Terrible audio quality from one of the hosts who likes to yell a lot and listen to the call through speakers, causing an unbearable echo. Show some professionalism and act like you’re at least remotely tech savvy.

A bad penny always turns up.
Susan is once again ruining one of my favorite podcasts. R.I.P Joystiq.
Wideangle
Joystiq, is that you?
I didn't know this podcast existed until Episode 9 (of the new + version) and I've found my favorite people again! I'm happy beyond words. Keep going with this for a long, long time please.

Would be better without Susan
Susan is loud, annoying and not funny. She has an over inflated ego, horrible opinions and needs to go. I have been listening for awhile but I occasionally have to turn the show off as I can only take so much of her obnoxious behavior. Ashley and the rest of the crew on the other hand is fantastic. Please correct this problem and get rid of Susan.

Old lady
I've been listening to the podcast for a while, it's been funny, light hearted and sometimes silly like the description said. However after Henry left a few weeks a go, there is this old lady who came on the "new" podcast that is so annoying. She has a very condescending attitude and try to dominate the conversation. I feel Ashely and Lucas are intimidated by her. The lady come off creepy every time she tries to be funny. There is also this MBA management type leading the conversation who sounds like a total db

What once was lost..
By picking up Susan Arendt and Ludwig Kietzmann, RadioRadar has resurrected the best team in games podcasting. Anyone who recognizes the word Podcat as something other than a typo, knows that for years now the best podcast in gaming has reliably been whichever one has Susan Arendt on it.

Utter Nonsense
This podcast has gone from train wreck to unlistenable. The host is an egomaniac that thinks he knows everything about everything. The female co-host tries way too hard to be funny and simply isn't. They spend way too much time on irrelevant top 7 lists about entirely subjective topics. They can't get past nostalgia, and instead of talking about the news of the industry and current games, the vast majority of the podcast drifts back to games from the past that I'm quite sure most of their listeners have never played, and likely never heard of. This isn't suppose to be a history of gaming podcast, but they go out of their way to try and make it so......
This podcast isn't worth listening to.

I love listening to this but????
I've listened to this podcast many times, but I've noticed some of the older ones are disappearing, is that my imagination?

Never prepared
The format and personalities are good, but they never seem prepared. They are almost always lacking a soundboard which they typically make clear that someone forgot to do something. I'm sure they are all overworked, but then maybe it's just time to cancel the thing altogether. I used to look forward to the podcast every Friday when Coop hosted, but now it's just a disappointment. Someone needs to get it organized as the talent is there to make a good show still. How do you just skip episode 100 for this long?

No Coop improves podcast!
Hollander Cooper left and replaced with a soundboard...yes please! A donkey farting on a snare drum is more entertaining than coop. Great show

Excellent podcast. It definitely helps me get through those long work days. The show is comprised of a funny and passionate crew. Just watch out for Fanboy Coop...
Keep up the good work.

Can be entertaining sometimes
Listening to this for a long time so I feel like I should keep going. Sometimes it's lame but overall enjoyable.

Easily my favorite podcast!
I have listened to this podcast, and the one before it, for many years and I like it more and more every week. All of the hosts have a great sense of humor and they use that to deliver a podcast that is refreshing, and very different than your typical vidjagamery podcast. Henry may hate all things Nintendo (especially Mario), but I still love him. Also, everyone should check out the podcasts on the Laser Time Network. Many of the hosts from the TalkRadar days have podcasts through that network, including Henry. His show is called “Cape Crisis” and it is just as amazing as Radio Radar. He may be a big DC fanboy who disses Marvel all the time (especially Spiderman), but again, I still love that guy. The only thing that could make this podcast any better is if they added more velociraptors and mermaid tears.

Eh...
I'll start this out by saying that this is a total take it or leave it podcast. You're not missing anything if you pass it up. There are far better podcasts out there on subjects in the gaming world. I use it to finish out my week but I'm sure I'll be dropping it as soon as I find something better. I've rated it as three stars, but if you like bad top 7 lists, are in high school, and you like only one guy trying to talk about something good while constantly getting interrupted by sub-par, derailing jokes, then this podcast is easily four stars. If you manage to get past the initial bit, it's still only slightly better. I've been trying with these guys for a couple months now because I feel like there is something there, and it shows occasionally, but they'll never be able to break that barrier to get to the next level on a consistent basis. Also, if they ever start talking about females in games, just turn it off there. It's painfully obvious that they don't know how to handle the subject and some of the worst of this podcast is when they get on the subjects of females in videogames. Some of the lists they have and the comments made are downright creeper level. I mean, just weird. Bottom line is this, there are some good episodes and it's funny sometimes, but you have to wade through a lot of bad episodes to get to them.

The best!
I started following talkradar from episode 50 onward and have to say that this is as good, if not better. Cooper is an excellent host and never ceases to amaze with all his wonderful weirdness. The community made sound effects are also funny and great. A must for any and all vidjagamers with a sense of humor. (Also, maybe iPod is lying to me, but is the really the 1000th review?!?!)

Amateur Hour
Disregard any rating that occurred before 2012 as this is a completely different podcast now… Do you like people that talk think we want to hear their personal stories as the rest of the cast tries to talk about video games then this podcast is perfect for you. Apparently they don't realize that talking into the mic records their voice as they blab about useless crap that no one is interested in hearing. I feel bad for Henry Gilbert as he is usually the lone host that tries to talk about video games as other hosts, specifically Tom Magrino, carry on with their own conversations in the background. These conversations range from how to pronounce gauge that led to other random words that his ADD self decided he needed to yell out as others were trying to talk. You would think it would stop there but no he interrupted the talking again by showing people his stomach, which they felt the need to tell everyone. Talkradar, the podcast that all the good pre-2012 comments are about had this same behavior but they didn't do it in the background as people were actually trying to talk. If you are looking for a good podcast that talks about video games this isn't it. It's a sad imitation of its former self and its sad that it is using ratings for a different podcast to maintain a 5 star rating on iTunes.

In the Land of Hollander
I had great worries after the team led by Chris Antista left but the relaunch of the podcast lead by Hollander Cooper is fantasitc and easily lives up to the previous greatness. Hollander is really funny and I love Henry Gilbert's dry commentary alongside him. Zany Tom Magrino is personally my favorite. He's like Baba Booey to Hollander's Howard Stern and Henry's Robin Quivers. Kudos to the rest of the Wack Pack as well who's guffaws fill in the gaps and make a laugh track unnecessary.

Because Henry said so.
At first I wasn't into this podcast, but it quickly has become my favorite podcast. Also, I don't want Henry to yell at me anymore so I gave the podcast five stars. But seriously, it's a great show, funny and informative. Plus I don't want Henry to yell at me anymore. Maybe...

Brilliant
It is safe to say the Radioradar has finally found its voice for what type of video game podcast it is. A humorous, well informed show where the hosts talk about video games with an evident passion for what they do. Keep up the great work guys!

The best thing out there!
Radioradar is far and away the best gaming podcast out there. It contains a great mix of classic and modern gaming discussion interspersed with some of the most hilarious tangents it is possible to imagine. With it's roots in the long gone talkradar, radioradar is able to stand tall as the little giant of the gaming world. It really should be ranked higher than 99/100 on the gaming/hobby podcast list!
