Against all the odds, episode 4 is here! We're happy to report that no members of the Radio 7 team died during the making of this episode (and that is specifically 'during' this episode - our thoughts go out to Jack and Mark's families). No fatalities on air! We'll call that a win. On today's show we've got all sorts, including guided meditation, 30-second meals, and a disgusting little fish that lives at the bottom of the ocean. And just to clarify, none of our current staff members (well, fingers crossed for Jack) are, "swimming with the fishes," because, as stated above, they are all alive. A fact which fills me with the perfect amount of positivity to be able to say: roll on next week!
