Does learning from a mistake mean you need to label it a mistake? If you end up with a similar "wrong" outcome, did you not learn? If you are anything like me, you've had lots of opportunities to make the "same" mistake a different way. This week I posed the same question to two different groups of experts (watch the first one here: https://youtu.be/zSxIko640YY) . It was interesting to see how the conversations differed. In this second iteration I was joined by Tim Hawkes, Sara Oblak Speicher, and Rick Alcantara, How do you purposefully learn from your mistakes?
