Hooolaaa Bienvenido’s a mi podcast. My name is Jessica, I am a 32-year-old Latina baddie who is currently working on healing and breaking through generational traumas. Through therapy, I’ve learned to listen to how my body feels and let me tell you life is different! This podcast aims to break the stigma of mental health challenges by sharing my healing journey. My main objective is to bring awareness of various issues that we as Latina women unfortunately, face with an emphasis on listening to our bodies and putting ourselves first.
