I’ve been listening to podcasts for a few year now and recently found this one. Best one I’ve ever come across!! The affirmations episode is my favorite and great to listen to whenever you need a pick me up or positivity. She truly appreciates her listeners and it feels like you’re here friend. Do not get turned away by episodes labeled with ‘prayer’ I was worried at first because I’m jewish but it is not religious or denominational at all. They’re mostly a positive statement to the universe and listeners.
