Today I talk to Michelle, who will be competing in the Mrs Atlantic Beauty finals in April, representing Surrey. We talk about her experience with eating disorders and how it took being pregnant to cure her and by doing more research finding out that it is linked to your mental health. With eating disorders, please remember that every one's journey is different, some do find the happiness to be in control whilst for others it can be a uphill struggle.
