We don’t deserve this
The amount of knowledge you two have is statistically significantly different than zero. I cannot thank y’all enough for this podcast. Looking forward to many more years of listening.

Don’t listen…
Unless you’re looking for a hilarious approach to understanding and appreciating statistics. Greg & Patrick have me binge-listening to catch up while I’m at my work desk, in my car, or wherever. A wealth of insight and plenty of everyday- and nerd-funny moments. Keep it up!!! Love it :)

Even my kids love this show…
… and they don’t know or care about statistics. But apparently they know and care about first-class banter. Who would have thought that a podcast about statistics would leave members of my whole family entertained and/or enlightened?

Applause from the “hard science” peanut gallery
The lovely thing about listening to this podcast as someone outside of the field (theoretical physics) is that I understand the jokes more with each listen! I came for the banter and stayed because of the hosts’ ability to explain things at a range of levels. Awesome podcast!

Hilarious and informative
I took Dr. Hancock’s SEM course when I was in grad school. It’s one of the easiest class I’ve ever taken. Not the content itself is easy, but Dr. Hancock has unique ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy for students to digest. And, he does it so effortlessly! I wish I could take all the classes he offers but I’m so glad I found the podcast! I have been binging listening the episodes and, needless to say, I’m obsessed. It’s insightful, informative, and the playful banter between two hosts is icing on the cake.

“MANOVA Must Die”
Just listened to my first episode today. I thought you all were both hilarious and informative. I love your flippant remarks mixed with your insightful understanding of statistics. You really had me thinking about a model based approach to answering our research questions. I wonder what a modern statistics curriculum might look like.I took stats one, two, and three in my doctoral program in psychology in addition to a course on psychometrics and structural equation modeling. I got to attend a 10-week seminar at St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital hosted by the chief of the bio statistics department. Then, I attended a five day advanced training institute on the use of longitudinal data in structural equation modeling. I think you guys are pretty awesome.

Smart, funny, and honest!
Quantitude is an advice podcast for researchers that you’ll actually want to listen to—Greg and Patrick are the kind of professors who make you truly want to come to class. Through questions from listeners and a variety of ridiculous segments, they teach you how to survive grant applications, grad school, writing the methods section for your upcoming manuscript, and research life in general. The Click and Clack of the tech age, Greg and Patrick have a lot of fun, a lot of heart, and aren’t afraid to break down the layers of BS you often find in academia. In a world of infinite podcasts and finite time, this is one you’ll want to make space for.
