In this episode, 'The Professor," Dr. Chris McCusker holds a panel discussion with the TV, laptop, tablet and phone -- devices that have helped us stay informed and connect to others during the COVID-19 pandemic. After the panel discussion turns unmanageable, Dr. McCusker goes for a walk and realizes that we must set limits and maintain balance. Putting the devices down to go for a walk or read a book could be healthy choices at times.
