In today's episode we talk to an old friend Nikol Toteva. Nikol and I grew up in Milledgeville for the most part, but now she lives in Italy and had corona virus for over two weeks, so we really get into what that was like. No politics or anything like that in this,  I just wanted to give a first hand prospective of how this is actually affecting people, and Nikol certainly provided that for us.  Thanks again for listening. In today's episode we talking with friend of the pod Nate Johnson about being a different kind of essential worker right now. Definitely more of a light hearted episode, but still fun conversation nonetheless about what his job is like right now, conspiracy theories, NFL uniforms, and being a military brat.   

Talked with Phillip Joiner in this episode.  He has lived and worked in Milledgeville, Georgia for most of his life, and has worked in local government, radio, and property management so he can speak with some authority on all of these things. A very enlightening and interesting conversation, so take a listen! 

Hey guys on this week’s episode we have Umama Kibria and Marvin Guelce who started a new company called SweatPack, so we talk a lot about that, what they're doing to stay fit during the 'tine, other things they're doing outside of working out, and everything in between.
