In this week's PEP Talk, I talk about the things I wish I learned and applied more in my athletic career. While no career goes perfectly well, everyone can look back and learn very important lessons from their entire experience. Today, I talk a little bit about the biggest thing I could have improved on in my gymnastics career. I hope anyone who listens to this learns something about themselves and learns from my experience as well. Hopefully with our lessons learned, we can continue to pursue excellence together.
***My apologies for any background noise that I missed in post production. Due to COVID-19 I am recording in my home with several dogs and people potentially making noise in the background. Thank you for understanding!
