The conversations discuss so many of the critical themes running through wine today - climate change / sustainability, the chasm and interplay between traditional and natural winemaking, consumer and marketplace dynamics - and the host gets the guests to talk about their own personal/professional evolutions in relation to those areas. Super insightful.

These are honest and rare, unfiltered stories and ideas from the kind voice of Mr Chad, who steadily downplays the breath of his expertise as well as his deep ambitions. His guests know him for this and yet the conversations are always eminently(!) genial and unpretentious. Listen and learn!
