Hi friends, Psyched you're here
This episode is heavy for me to make. I have so much to say. Today we're speaking about healing or our attempts to make sense of the overturning of Roe V. Wade. Although a lot of hope is lost, not all hope is lost. I believe in our ability to fight in our communities, to make each other feel heard and seen, and to fight for our neighbor's rights. I hope this little corner of the internet that we share allows you to feel safe enough to process or at least acknowledge all the confusing feelings from this decision.
Psyched stands with a women's (trans men/nonbinary individuals; any uterus-owning person) right to choose and right to their bodily autonomy. This podcast will always advocate for our basic human rights.
Stay safe, take care of yourselves, and continue to fight, I love you all so much <3

Hi friends, Psyched you're here <3
Today we're talking about what narcissistic personality disorder is, narcissistic abuse, and why the language we use surrounding NPD matters. I am so excited to discuss this topic and I hope you all are just as excited to learn more about it. I feel like NPD is very misunderstood and blown out of proportion in a lot of ways. My intention with this episode is to educate, and discuss what is NPD and empathize with those who have suffered very real abuse from individuals with NPD. I hope you learn something today, drink your water, and be kind to yourself today. <3

Hi friends, Psyched you're here <3
This episode is one I've really wanted to make for a long time and I'm so happy it is out in the world. Today we're discussing toxic positivity and why it's a problem in our society. We're discussing what it is, what it looks like, why I personally think it's problematic, and what we can say to others instead of falling into toxic positivity. Not everything is peachy all the time and I'm here to tell you that that's 100% okay. Consider this a safe space to understand that life is grim sometimes, and we will be okay in the end. So much love and gratitude for you all and I will see you all very soon xoxo <3

Hi friends, psyched you're here! <3
Today we're talking about Tik Tok and mental health...more specifically how it is not therapy. We're hanging out and discussing the evolution of tik tok and how mental health content has definitely taken a turn and my opinions on all that jazz. Remember friends, tik tok is awesome, and it's also not so awesome all the time. We can still enjoy the good while critiquing the bad. Drink your water and your meds and thank you for listening to me ramble <3

Hi friends, psyched to see you and psyched to be back!
Today we're talking all things OCD and OCPD, this episode was requested by quite a few of you and I just hope I do it some justice. We're discussing the difference between the 2 in terms of symptoms, treatment, and why they're diagnosed differently. We also talk about the umbrella of OCD and all the disorders under it. We also hear from an interviewee who has OCD and they discuss a little about their personal experience with it, why accessibility and language matter! Thank you all so much for being here to listen to me ramble, lots of love <3

Thank you so much for allowing me to post a day late. It means the world to me. Today we're talking about burnout, and frankly, I'm feeling a little burnt out myself. We're covering the difference between stress and burnout, our experience as Americans with stress and burnout, and what we can do to prevent it (to the best of our ability under capitalism). Remember to take care of yourself, drink your water, and fight the patriarchy. Love u all :)
