Wearing Another Person’s shoes
One of the problems in our society is we don’t care enough, but Proximity is challenging us to change. Lexi and Zach do an excellent job bringing its listeners face to face with another person’s reality, experience and struggles. This builds empathy and motivates compassion.

Current issues come to life
I’m not much of a podcast listener but I have enjoyed this one. Zach and Lexi do a marvelous job putting flesh and bone on the issues presented. I have appreciated being challenged to look at something through another lens.

Heartfelt, real and exactly what’s needed today!
Zach and Lexi do an amazing job with this podcast and I am really learning a lot from each guest the bring on. There is so much to learn when we step out of our own world for a moment and put ourselves in someone else’s shoes. They aren’t afraid to ask the hard questions and they also provide the listener with tangible ways to make changes that will actually make a difference. Give them a listen you won’t be disappointed!

Great Podcast- a Must Listen!
Lexi and Zach are an amazing duo for this podcast. They are able to interview in a way that makes you feel like you are in the room with them. Every time I listen to an interview I feel like I walk away with a new friend. A must listen!

Love!
We live in a time where we are quick to type words and offer opinions, and not take the time to listen to the experiences of others. I love this space Lexi and Zach have created to share the stories of other people. I think we all have something to learn from each other.

Talking about the hard things
Now more than ever, we need podcasts like this one. Proximity has introduced people and perspectives that were sorely missing from my feeds. Tiffany Jenkins’ raw interview about addiction laid bare how many people suffer in silence. I’m listening to the episodes about allyship on repeat right now. Thank you, Lexi and Zach, for having the hard conversations.

Love this podcast
I started following Lexi when Charlie was sick, bc I have a CHD son myself. This podcast is great, it’s eye opening, realistic, current and grabs your attention the entire time. It’s short enough to listen while washing dishes, folding laundry or even while playing with kids with earbuds in. Audio quality is perfect and the episodes feel like you are apart of the conversation not listening to an interview. This is just what I needed right now, to feel like I’m sitting with some friends having a discussion, when I can’t be around anyone. You guys knocked this out of the park and I cannot wait for more to come!
