PROVE IT LIVE Season 2 Episode 14: More Incorrect Twitter Noise on Hitting
We start today's show talking about COVID-19 and the upcoming major-league baseball season restrictions and non-restrictions on fans attending games. Kevin goes into great detail about a very misinformed and alleged hitting instructor about a Twitter war he had. Kevin had responded to a tweet from a division one college baseball coach that essentially promoted hitting the ball on the ground if you do not know how to hit home runs. That statement was successfully attacked by Mike and Ryan with data for major-league baseball. The link is below. Our "why would you do that" Shows an instructor doing a drill that's supposedly focusing on hand coordination but really is teaching the student to go around the baseball. Kevin chimes in that the drill is actually harmful to the student's knee as he is doing this drill.

Season 2 Episode 13: Movement and Sports: All Math!
We begin today's show discussing JJ watts signing with the Arizona football Cardinals. We discussed his playing career and his ever-mounting and cumulative injuries that have really hampered his ability to play football. Kevin and Ryan differ, and whether JJ white is a Hall of Famer or is Kevin said: "flash in the pan. Mike goes into great detail about how the baseball swing is a series of mathematical equations, geometrical formulas, and applied physics in a way that is truly amazing and completely easy to understand by anyone, even if you're not a baseball fan. The question of the day asked whether an athlete should pick a sport or play multiple sports. Kevin answers in a way that is a little profound. He begins his answer by saying every decision at the end of the day comes down to money. Money for a scholarship. Money for a professional baseball. And basically, you should follow the money. Kevin as soon as he answered by saying that all sports basically have the same fundamental movements and it is good to play all sports. He also says that some sports are very hard on the body, like football and basketball may need a rest from playing basketball and football all year. He concludes the answer by saying you play sports to have fun. So have fun. If you're good at a sport and want to continue to play all year round because that's what you want to do, then do it and have fun doing it. We can include the show with our favorite segment, "why would you do that?". Our producer Ryan digs up the controversial high-level hearing pattern worldwide, allegedly created by a person whose Twitter handle is a "teacherman1986". Mike and Ryan absolutely destroy this level of Instruction because it absolutely goes against everything about the math of hitting covered in the second segment. We show visuals, and you really need to see him. Kevin adds the two cents that he blocked this guy. Every time he tries to engage with him about actual science and kinesiology, "teacherman" berates him with insults and never sticks to the issues or defends teaching. He can't "PROVE IT LIVE." We are in the process of scheduling Dr. Luke Oh as a quest to discuss pitching injuries.
