In their first podcast interview, Luciano Cedrone and Brian Claman talk to Michael Burgess; one of the few Court recognized experts in guarding operations. Duty of Care and the concept of foreseeability have really evolved in recent years to become an important component of security risk planning. Where once business security risk tended to revolve around what went on within a Company's walls; today's interconnected and highly litigious environment has clouded those once "clear" lines of Corporate responsibility and is pushing the limits more and more into the realm of the C-Suite and Board Level. Brian and Luciano share their thoughts on this often overlooked risk and how business leaders can mitigate their exposure by adopting some practical, common sense strategies.
