In the 2019-2020 season finale, host Ryan Barich addresses the IHSA’s recent decision to cancel all spring sports due to the coronavirus pandemic. Assistant Principal Frank Mirandola joins the episode to talk with Ryan about how the loss of spring athletics has affected the school and about how important these programs really are.

Ryan Barich sits down with sophomore Owen Schneider and junior Luke Zardzin to preview an unexpected trip to the regional championship game, where they will take on a Buffalo Grove team they've lost to twice already this season.  The guys say that no one on the outside gives them a chance, but everyone on the team believes they can win their first regional title in a decade.

Wrestling coach Tom Whalen and freshman wrestler Will Baysinger sit down with host Ryan Barich to reflect on a historic season that saw two individuals medal at the state meet, including Baysinger taking third place at his weight class.  They also discuss the future development of Baysinger as he continues his quest to become the third individual state champion in school history.

The guys sit down with special guest boys' basketball player Rob Lombardo to find out how he's feeling heading into Senior Night, and look back on his Prospect basketball career as it enters its home stretch.  They also give updates on wrestling and girls' basketball and their postseason runs.
