This is a great podcast for the small business owner, think anywhere from 5 to 100 employees. Each episode is focused on one guest who has a specific expertise or focus that they bring to helping business owners build a strong buyable asset. Steve does a great job guiding the conversation and making sure the audience has an applicable take away at the end of it.
