Regardless of how we become parents, raising kids will bring up all kinds of past issues for each of us. It makes sense because we are taking on a new and important role. But, how do we know how to parent? We may read a book or two. But, whether we realize it or not, we think back to how we were raised by our parents and what we've seen others do. In this episode, I talk about this and how raising kids pushes all our buttons and crosses all our boundaries. A solid sense of self and as much maturity as you can gather will go a long way to making us even better parents.
