Josef Kader Agha is a Prague based cinematographer, currently studying at the renowned FAMU and working on his way into the industry. A few years ago, Josef moved to London to study film at the university where after trying various roles he found his passion for cinematography. In the second year, Josef participated in Erasmus and moved back to Prague to study at FAMU, one of the oldest and best film schools in the world. There, his interest in cinematography intensified and his goal was to continue developing those specific skills. His final year at the university in London was impacted by the global pandemic but he managed to successfully graduate and even got accepted into FAMU to study bachelors in cinematography. Now, progressing through the final year Josef shares his experience of studying at this prestigious school as well as being a filmmaker in Prague. When Ed was a college student, he had his very first editing experience while working on a group project. Evangeline Parry is a compulsive writer, film fanatic and wannabe ghost hunter. In school, she was the awkward, introverted girl with a stutter and a terrible haircut. But, despite these setbacks, she was also very good at English, and that was because she absolutely adored (and still adores) storytelling. Her love for the art of storytelling took her to college to study Creative Writing, and then to university to study Film, with a specialisation in Screenwriting. Evangeline writes both screenplays and novels and started freelancing as a script reader and editor after graduating from university in 2020, right as the covid pandemic hit. The only thing she loves just as much as working on her ideas is working on other people's. She also runs her own YouTube channel where she talks about all things writing, reading and querying. Nadia Ansari is a London based videographer and filmmaker, who’s currently working as a content creator for Premier Laser and Skin Clinic. She was born in Iran, where she lived for half of her life before relocating to London with her family. After getting an iPad early on and recording everything she saw, Nadia developed an early interest in filmmaking. Because of this, she decided to study cinema at a university in London, where she developed her directing abilities as well as other aspects of film production. Global pandemics impacted her education, but she was still able to direct her final project, which was partly Persian to reflect Nadia's culture and heritage. After working for a television company as an editor while pursuing her studies, she joined a London-based laser and skin clinic where she works as a content creator, producing various types of video and visual material. In order to fulfil her dream of founding her own production company, Nadia also offers her filmmaking skills on a freelance basis. She aims to grow this aspect of her career while simultaneously exploring other areas of filmmaking and videography.
