For this episode, I chose to research what the cuddle industry is like in Oceania. The first half of this long episode is about two Polynesian countries. The second half is my boyfriend and I discussing the accessibility and societal reasons as to why cuddle therapy is not prominent in the Pacific.My boyfriend is Filipino and Chamorro. When I told him I was making an episode about the cuddle industry in Oceania, he said I would not find anything online. And sadly, he was 90% right.
