Great Podcast for Therapists
John has one of my favorite podcasts in the practice building arena. I love both the solo episodes and the episodes with featured guests. John is funny, practical, no-nonsense, and down to earth. I love that he shares his own experiences and what he’s learned along the way. Thanks for all that you do!

Great Podcast for Wellness Professionals
John has a great way about him as he delivers high quality information with a no-nonsense approach. He's not overly promotional and the info is easy to digest while being applicable to the world of private practice. The guests are relevant and just as down to earth as he is. I've listened to more than a few podcasts from so-called "experts" in the field and this is my favorite to date. Keep up the great work John!

Both Practical and Casual
I love John's style of promoting practical tools while doing so in a relatively casual and unstructured format. If you're prone to feeling anxious by the seemingly overwhelming to-do list of private practice, John's podcast is a great fit for you. He keeps things relatable while sharing the tips you need.

John Clarke is a fun interviewer. Listening to this podcast feels a little like eavesdropping on a conversation that moves from tangential moments to wise points. Pretend you’re sitting at a coffee shop behind John & the interviewee & have fun!

THE Podcast‼️
I feel so lucky to have found this! The information is precisely what I was looking for in terms of resources and ideas as I refresh my practice. The concepts are timely, presented in a relaxed and humorous way that highlight aspects that are extremely relevant to Therapists. The focus on keeping progress for the listener manageable, rather than so overwhelming that it’s almost worse than before hearing the episode, is so thoughtful, for instance. I’m very grateful.

Unique Podcast for Therapists!
Honestly, I wasn’t sure I needed another podcast in my life, but I’m so glad a colleague recommended this one! John has a very unique approach to podcasting, and shares unique information for therapists as well. I liked the original format of his podcast where he interviewed guests on interesting topics, but then he changed it up, and it is even better now! In his new format, he talks in-depth about what’s important in life, at work, etc., and here he has truly found his voice and has created something truly special! You need this podcast in your life... seriously, you do!

All You Never Learned In Grad School
But what you need to actually survive in practice. A very helpful podcast and John’s personal style is like he’s sitting with you in your living room. My only criticism is sometimes a little salesy when the guests (or John himself) get their own promotions going.

Very helpful podcast!
This is a very valuable podcast to help therapists learn about the business side of running a practice.

Refreshing advice.
Per John's suggestion in one episode of this podcast, I turned off my email notifications on my phone to feel more clear throughout my workday. It's been amazing. I like his down-to-earth perspective and advice, like you're going out to coffee together. Good stuff, definitely refreshes me throughout the week and helps me think in new ways about my practice.

Great for therapists!
I agree with John in the fact that the most stressful and anxiety proving part of being in private practice is getting clients and getting a stead stream of clients. He has already brought on some valuable information in how to work on doing this effectively so you don't have to worry about getting the bills paid. Thanks John!

Perfect timing
I recently started my private practice and needed advice. John is a seasoned veteran in the private practice world and is full of relevant and insightful advice. John's podcast has helped me pinpoint the type of practice I'd like to have without having to endure the typical pitfalls most new clinicians endure. If you're like me, or just need to brush up on marketing skills, John's podcast is a must.

Excellent Podcast
Wow, I was really impressed by the Marketing Workshop. As a clinician in private practice and in the field for over a decade, the material presented in this podcast is so helpful for all therapists- both experienced and starting out. I look forward to listening to more of John's work and will be implementing his suggestions in my own practice. Really interesting people that he hosts as well!

Love it!
I love this podcast. I really appreciate how John goes into depth with his guests, and asks questions that directly relate to helping me understand how to market myself better. He has a relaxing style as an interviewer that helps me feel motivated to go do some new stuff but also not totally frantic to change everything about my practice at once.
